The staff seemed bothered when i needed something at the front desk. the room was too small for the price i paid. i had to repeatedly request toilet paper. It's frustrating to deal with that in a so-called luxury hotel.

The room was very clean. The staff was helpful and accommodating . I received complimentary drinks upon arrival and was upgraded to a larger room. I found this particularly nice.

I found stains on the chair in my room. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken. I could only select heat and not air conditioning, so I had to sleep with the window open. It was noisy because of that.

The hotel's location is great for exploring local restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly and provided AMAZING recommendations. The room had beautiful decoration, the neighborhood was perfect, close to the trains, restaurants, and nightlife. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The room was spacious and clean. I stayed on the fourth floor, and it was really quiet. The bathroom was large and the air conditioning worked GREAT. It created a very comfortable environment.
